1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Parchemin Academy (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Parchemin Academy provides AI-powered learning paths, career development tools, and educational content. You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal educational purposes.

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may not share, resell, or redistribute Platform content without express written permission.
  • You may not use the Platform to train competing AI models or scrape content at scale.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Free accounts provide limited access as described on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial periods but may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, AI-generated materials, branding, and software are the exclusive property of Parchemin Academy or its licensors. The AI Career Hub tools generate outputs for your personal use only — these outputs do not constitute legal, professional, or career advice.

5. AI-Generated Content

Course content, slides, videos, resumes, LinkedIn suggestions, and interview feedback are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors or omissions. Parchemin Academy does not guarantee that AI-generated content is error-free, current, or suitable for any specific purpose.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse AI-powered features (e.g., automated abuse of API rate limits).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parchemin Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of employment opportunities or career outcomes resulting from AI-generated career advice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
